Business, VIP and Wifi

Business facilities at East Midlands Airport are available at the Servisair Executive Lounge in Departures and at the information desk in the main atrium. Fax and photocopying services are available at both locations. The airport also offers internet access at internet cafés, while Wifi (wireless internet) is also available in Departures.

VIP: the Servisair (GlobeGround) Executive Lounge is available to all departing passengers for a charge at East Midlands Airport and it comes equipped with basic business facilities including writing desks, telephones, fax and internet access, complimentary alcoholic beverages, newspapers and magazines and flight information monitors. Children over the age of eight years old are allowed into the lounge if supervised by an adult.

Internet: there are two internet cafés at East Midlands Airport, one of which is located adjacent to Costa Coffee in Arrivals and the other situated near the Trent Food Hall. Wifi internet is also available at the airport in the Departures areas for those with enabled laptop computers.
