Children
Mothers and babies: nursing rooms can be found on the International Arrivals concourse and in the International Departures lounge, where mums can leave their young ones with dad and check out East Midlands Airport’s facilities and services. The Trent Café is baby-friendly and comes with high chairs, colouring pads and crayons, a bottle warming service and children's meals, while many other restaurants and bars also offer high chairs and a non-smoking policy, making them ideal for families with babies. There is also a good range of shops on the main concourse and in Departures, where mothers can find books and music, health and beauty products, and duty-free items.
Children: there are plenty of things children will find interesting at East Midlands Airport including video games, kid’s clubs and toy shops. The video games zone on the main concourse will interest children, while the Rascal Rabbit Kids Club is for children up to the age of 12 years old. In addition, there is also an aircraft viewing point in Departures which offers further distractions.
