Parking
Glasgow Prestwick Airport has several car parks for short-term, mid-term and long-term parking, with an easy payment system. Tickets are taken at the barriers upon entry to the car parks and then payments are made at the auto-pay machines on your return to the terminal, with the exception of the long-term car parks, which accept payment at the barrier.
Short term: there are a couple of short-stay car parks, which are well located in front of and adjacent to the terminal building at Glasgow Prestwick Airport. Hourly rates are available up to a daily maximum. These car parks are also suitable for dropping off and picking up passengers, as there is no special zone in front of the terminal for these purposes. The first 10 minutes of parking is free.
Mid term: Glasgow Prestwick Airport offers two, mid-stay car parks, which are situated slightly farther out than the short-stay car parks and are good for stays of two or three days. Discounts are available at the mid-stay car parks and charges are levied on a daily basis.
Long term: the long-stay car parks at Glasgow Prestwick Airport are best used for those who plan on staying for more than four days, with weekly or two-weekly stays attracting discounts. Courtesy shuttle buses provide access to the car parks and the terminal and you can pre-book spaces by calling: +44 870 013 4999.
Special needs: there are designated disabled parking spaces available in all car parks at Prestwick Airport. If you require assistance from the car parks to the terminal, call your airline ahead of time. Customer Service can also offer emergency assistance and can be contacted on: +44 121 767 7154.
