VIP: there are two VIP rooms at Bristol International Airport, which are located on the Mezzanine level, between the ground floor and the first floor. The British Airways and Servisair executive lounges have basic business services and are available to business-class passengers. Facilities include televisions, telephones, fax machines and internet access; refreshments are also available.

Internet: Wifi is the perfect option for those wishing to surf the internet while waiting for their departure. Simply configure your laptop and pay by credit card when a signal is found. The airport offers a hi-speed service and several hotels near the airport also offer wireless internet access in their rooms and public areas.
