Facilities

Bristol International Airport (BIA) has a wide range of passenger facilities in its single terminal, for the use of both those on business and those travelling for pleasure. There are convenient eating, drinking and shopping options, as well as conveniently located cash machines and a bureau de change. Two executive lounges offer extra comfort and basic business facilities for members, while Wifi in Departures provides Internet access.

Money: cash machines are located throughout the terminal and a Travelex bureaux de change booths are located before and after security. The Media Centre provides conference and business facilities and is available for hire, while the British Airways Lounge and the Servisair Lounge (open: Sunday – Friday, 05:00 - 20.30;
Saturday – 05:00 - 12.30) offer telephones and fax machines as well as internet access and email facilities.

Services: a post box is located near the Flying Visit convenience store in Arrivals on the ground floor, while baby-changing rooms and a games zone are also on-site.

Smoking: there are two designated smoking areas, one in the bar and the other near the seating area in Departures. It is now an offence to smoke in enclosed public areas in the UK, unless they are designated for smoking.
