Parking
There is short-term and long-term car parking options at Cardiff International Airport (CWL) as well as special parking for business travellers and those with special needs. Security is excellent, with 24-hour closed-circuit TV in operation.
Short term: the Short-Stay Car Park is located in front of the terminal building and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates are levied every 30 minutes and then hourly up to a daily maximum; payment is made at pay stations in Arrivals on your return.
Long term: courtesy buses transport passengers from the Long-Stay Car Park to the terminal building and parking at this facility is pre-bookable via telephone or online. The car park offers attractive daily and weekly rates.
Business: those who are on business and looking for convenient airport parking can make use of the specially designated spaces in the Short-Stay Car Park. Business passengers can use these spaces on a long-term basis while paying less than the standard short-stay rates, but slightly more than the Long-Stay Car Park rates.
Special needs: drivers with special needs can make use of the disabled parking spaces in both the Short-Stay and Long-Stay car parks if they have their appropriate disabled persons’ badge on display. Ramp access provides convenient entry to the terminal from the Short-Stay Car Park, or alternatively you can call your airline beforehand for assistance.
