Mothers and babies: baby-changing rooms have been conveniently located on all terminal floors of Liverpool John Lennon International Airport, where baby-changing tables and accessories have been provided. Baby-changing rooms can be found near the check-in desks on the ground floor; near the Domestic and International Arrivals corridor on the first floor and within the retail areas of the second floor. A wide range of shops are also available to keep mums happy, with the likes of Dorothy Perkins, The Shoe Company, The Spar and WH Smith on-hand as well as the well-stocked Alpha duty-free store in Departures.

Children: there are three amusement arcades at Liverpool John Lennon International Airport, which are located both before and after security. The arcades are fitted out with modern games and can be found in the following locations: next to O’Brien’s Irish Coffee Shop in Arrivals; next to the Estuary Food Village in Departures; and near WH Smith on the second floor. In addition, Liverpool Airport has many cafés and restaurants that offer children’s menus.
