Facilities

Luton Airport offers a wide range of facilities and services including cash machines and money changers, a large selection of popular shops and eateries, including a food court, and excellent disabled facilities and access. London Luton Airport also comes with many other useful facilities such as a chapel, left luggage, smoking area and children’s games rooms.

Money: there are three currency exchange facilities on the ground floor, two of which are situated next to the World News outlet in the Check-in area. There is another international currency exchange booth nearby. Ground floor cash machines (ATMs) are located next to the post box on the right as you enter the terminal building at Luton Airport. In Departures, there are Travelex money changers situated near Customer Services and opposite the Accessorize outlet, while ATM machines are placed near the GamesGrid video arcade.

Services: a 24-hour left luggage facility is located on the ground floor next to Outsize Baggage, near the check-in desks, while a post box can be found on the right as you enter the terminal. Services in Departures include three GamesGrids for children, a post box near the Travel Shopping outlet and a chapel.

Smoking: recent UK legislation deems smoking in enclosed public areas an offence and there is a no smoking policy at London Luton Airport. However, a smoking area has been designated near to the Bewleys café on the ground floor.
