Directions
London Stansted Airport is located 30 miles northeast of central London, just off the M11 motorway. The airport's convenient location makes it easy to access from the centre of London and all points on the compass.
From the north: take the M11, exiting at Junction 8 onto Thremhall avenue, which provides direct access to the airport.
From the south: take the M25, exiting at Junction 27 onto the M11 north. Follow the M11 until Junction 8, at which point exit onto Thremhall avenue east. From here, follow the signs for the airport. From central London, follow the same directions from the M11.
From the east: take either the A12 or the A120 to Parsonage road. Follow Parsonage road north until you reach the airport.
From the west: take the A120 until the second exit which is the exit for the M11 entry roundabout. From the roundabout head onto Thermhall avenue for the airport.
