Relative to its annual passenger throughput, London City Airport offers a comprehensive selection of amenities and services that amply meet travellers’ expectations. Financial, dining, shopping and relaxation requirements are all considered and well provided for. Business requirements are also satisfied by the airport's Meridian Business Centre.

Money: a total of three bureau de change counters are on hand in the terminal building; one is located in the International Arrivals area, a second in Departures and a third near the main entrance. Meanwhile, ATMs are located throughout the terminal building.

Services: a shoe shine service is available from London Shoe Care and is located on the ground floor of the main concourse. A post box is situated at the main entrance to the terminal, while information desks are on hand for airport and travel related queries.

Smoking: the vast majority of areas within the terminal are designated as non-smoking zones; however, certain areas within the Departures lounge have been set aside as smoking areas. There areas are limited smoking zones that are restricted to within the bar and restaurant areas.
