Newcastle International Airport has a good selection of facilities to offer its three million-plus annual passengers and it amply meets expectations for financial amenities, lounges, restaurants and shopping outlets. Business facilities are excellent and Wifi access is available throughout the terminal to anyone with a laptop computer.

Money: ATMs can be found in a variety of locations through the airport, while two airport-operated bureau de change counters can be found on the ground floor and a third operated by Callers Pegasus is on hand in Arrivals. A Natwest bank is located adjacent to the Domestic Arrivals gate. Online banking can be done via laptop using the airport's Wifi connection.

Services: postal services can be found in the Departures area of the terminal, while other services include prayer and baby-changing rooms and play area for children. Left luggage and lost properties counters are also on hand.

Smoking: Newcastle International Airport has designated smoking areas and passengers wishing to smoke should be conscious of adhering to these areas, since it is an offence to smoke in all enclosed public areas other than those specifically set aside for the purpose according to UK law.
