Terminals and airlines
Newcastle International Airport handles in excess of three million passengers per year and is the primary air facility serving the northeast of England. The airport's single terminal handles both flight arrivals and departures, with both domestic and international destinations covered.
Terminal 1: handles all flights, with the halls for Arrivals and Departures located in the same building. A total of 25 airlines operate flights from the terminal.
