Directions

Southampton Airport is located on Spitfire Loop, which is north of the city and can be accessed from destinations beyond via the M27 motorway.

From the north: from Winchester, take the B3404, exiting onto the A31 at the roundabout interchange. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the M3 then exit at Junction 13 for the M27. Exit the M27 at Junction 5 onto the A335 and then follow the signs for the airport.

From the south: Southampton is situated on the south coast of England and there are no major destinations farther south of the city.

From the east: from Ringwood, take a left turn off the Southampton road onto the B3347. At the roundabout, take the third exit and merge with the A31. The A31 leads onto the M27. Follow the M27 as far as Junction 5 before exiting onto the A335 and following the signs for the airport.

From the west: from Waterlooville, take the B2150 Hulbert road onto the A3 motorway. Keep in the right hand lane and merge with the A27. Follow the A27 to the M27. Exit the M27 at Junction 5 and then take the fourth roundabout exit onto the A335. From here, follow the signs for the airport.
