Ample facilities for parking are available at Southampton International Airport, with options for drivers wishing to leave their vehicles for both short and long periods. Passengers with special needs that are in possession of a relevant blue badge or similar international ID can make use of the many spaces dedicated to disabled drivers.

Short term: the airport's short-term car park is situated adjacent to the terminal building and offers a total of 1,300 spaces. Payment can be made by cash or credit card at a desk located opposite the Baggage Claim area or at machines at the car park’s exit.

Long term: The long-stay facility is some distance from the terminal, but a free shuttle runs between the buildings throughout the day. The facility offers a total of 850 parking spaces and is subject to 24-hour security. Payment methods and locations are the same as those at the short-stay car park, unless you choose to book ahead, in which case you can pay by credit card online, often making significant savings against parking-on-arrival prices.

Special needs: the needs of disabled drivers are well catered for at Southampton International Airport, with plenty of well-positioned disabled spaces in both the short-stay and long-stay car parks. In the short-stay facility, the spaces can be found close to the crosswalks that lead to Arrivals and Departures, while in the long-stay car park, disabled spaces are situated right next to the shuttle bus pick up area.
